Hulbert Dimension - Unable to proceed to the next galaxy.
Hi guys, it seems I am missing something and I would appreciate any advice.

I completed the main campaign, got all the glyphs and I am currently in Hilbert dimension. I jumped to an address, followed the orange waypoint and I am not in a system with no way out. My hyperdrive is fully charged, Destination is set to Galactic core and nothing. Even if I jump to another system the game just pinpoints me back to my current one named "Tebashi".

What am I missing? I see the core but I can't select it. As far as I know the game is supposed to lead you to a gateway system with the orange line to the center but now I am stuck.

Thank you!

You can't select freely, you have to spin the little pointer and press down on the mouse..

Yep, what Corew said. You have to use the annoying "spinner" selection method to travel to the core, so make sure you're not in free movement mode.

Thank you, that is a step forward but still no success. I made a screenshot of the map: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2603292772

I have no orange line, using that method produces a small yellow thing on the map and I still was able to jump to another system, but not to the center and when I did the jump the orange line still pointed to Tebashi. The screenshot was made with full hyperdrive and after a reload of a save file.

Finally a success, I jumped 2-3 star systems away and the game choose another waypoint and I was able to jump from an uninhabited system. Thanks for the assist.

Try a different system, a bit closer to the core if possible. Not every single star system near the core is actually a Gateway system. Look for stars near the core named something like "End of the Line" or "The Edge" or similar, as those are usually good jumping points.

Oops, was typing my reply when you posted your success. Congrats, and welcome to Calypso!
