WINKey+R opens RUN, here type eventvwr
Here expand Windows Logs and look under Application for warnings with a Timestamp of that crash.
Copy&Paste the details here, so we can check it
There should be a crash dump file
If you can upload your crash dunp file into a cloud, with permission to download it, I´ll look into it
it should be in :

If you disabled fullscreen optimizations try reenabling it or vice versa. Are you using special k or another utility and didn't change the swap chain to the correct one, sequential or flip i forget i don't use utilities to make a game look better. I have in the past though. If it's not set correctly game will crash. I'd assume your gpu drivers are current. Only other thing i can think of is your cpu if it's a problem one can give all sorts of unrelated errors and oddly enough gpu errors as well. Hope it's not the cpu.
All just suggestions to try as i play with all of them and most are related to the swapchain. None of the settings effect me as i don't use special K or whatever utility and i don't use gsync. So may be a waste of time. But perhaps 1 or 2 will catch your eye. The prefer layered on dxgi swapchain has helped me a lot in other games. But in some others it's been terrible. It's typically the 1st setting i try changing.

What you could do is :
Create a crash dump file .. its called NMS.dmp and if you upload that file (uncompressed) into a cloud with permission to download, I may have a look into it ...
For this :
Run NMS ,,, than open Taskmanager .. Select Processes..right click on NMS and choose
https://monosnap.com/file/K05tsOEEWvJMise4NUfmq3ISzpNH5n
TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.MXML
The file is located in the game folder, change the line:
<Property name="VsyncEx" value="Off" />
