Looks like a database glitch. I would try a save/reload. If that doesn't fix it, just be careful about buying/selling stuff and put in a bug report to zendesk.

It may just be a placeholder issue, but always a chance it could have unintended consequences for what you expect to get or give.

I think abandoned system have this now, I've seen it since expedition 14 in normal gameplay.

Trade interfaces inherit certain properties in relation to the system in which they are located.

Outlaws have black markets; thriving economies sell the things they make and buy items produced elsewhere. Terminals in abandoned systems display an assortment of error messages in place of supply & demand statistics because there is no functioning economy.
