How do I get my Amazon Luna controller to work?

How do I enable my controller to work? I have it hard wired and I don't wanna use blue tooth and just curious.. Mouse and keyboard on this game is weird.. Let me know thanks.

A real quick search simply says "no man's sky is not currently available on amazon luna". So. Are you even able to access the game using a device that it works WITH? It seems to mostly be a product geared for fortnite players who can't afford a real computer and will play via a stream. A month ago on a reddit post, someone else was attempting to play and did not have success. I'd suggest putting a normal more standardized and non-specific to Amazon product controller in instead...

All the documentation indicates only bluetooth is supported outside of Amazon.

The Quick Start Guide suggests USB-C is possible outside Luna though.

Does Windows game controllers control panel applet see the Luna controller?
Does Steam see it?
According to some on a 4yr old Reddit thread, it should be identified as a standard X-box controller by Windows.

Have you considered asking Alexa, or maybe Amazon support?
After all, it's not Steam's product...

I don't think the question is about playing NMS on Amazon Luna, it's just about using Luna's proprietary controller[www.amazon.com] for non-Luna games (i.e. NMS in Steam).

Agreed; we just all seem to be "throwing darts in the dark" here. I was suggesting an alternative source of support that might be more likely to have an answer, not being snarky.

As an aside, one of the reviews mentions using it as a Steam controller via Steam Input; that might be another route to investigate.

Yeah though the impression I got was that it didn't work without bluetooth as stated above, and if they want to not be using it, that's a no-go for that controller at all.

once the Luna controller is on, hold the action button (the small button with circle on it) with the B button simultaneously for a few seconds - this will let you connect via bluetooth and Steam will then recognise the conttoller
