Way to get Dissonant Resonator & not get sentinel attack?

I want to get the dissonant resonators so I can get the echo locators, without getting attacked by sentinels. Is there a way to do that? I don't like having to go up into space to summon anomaly so attacks stop each time. Can't do much fighting or I get motion sick. Thanks!

I assume you are after Inverted Mirrors from them?

You can get those from Harmonic Scrap that you just loot. Harmonic scrap has several loot locations at every Harmonic camp, and is also scattered about across the surface of Dissonant planets. Edit to add: It shows up in a visor scan if you look around and any is near.

There's some RNG involved in what loot the scrap gives, so you'll need to just keep looting them until you find mirrors. The great news is you'll get a lot more than just one mirror from a single scrap at one time once you finally do find one that gives mirrors.

Another option is to just go after those Dissonant resonators and then run away after they die rather than fight the corrupt sentinels. You do not need to get in your ship and fly away, just run away. If you have a creature companion that is rideable and you use that they cannot hurt you while you are riding it. Either way, after like 30 seconds or so of running/riding away, they will stop being hostile.

You can hunt them in a Pirate system that has a dissonance planet and shoot them with your spaceship.

Never tried non - lethal , for sentinels, way to get mirror.
Tunneling- Mole tactic.
If you lucky or experienced- then you get something from Quad.

Blaze Javelin and maybe the Cloaking Device if needed. Max the reach/effect to the Javelin and you can snipe the Dissonance Resonator from a distance. Be sure to get near to the Resonator and see what it will drop (shows when up close to it). If it is and Echo Locator, move off then SNIIIIPPEE!

Dissonant planets can have Sentinel Pillars. Get maps (they can drop in Buried Caches and can be Guild rewards if you are averse to any fighting) and de-activate the sentinels on that planet. All corrupted sentinels guarding the resonators will be reduced to combat supplies barrels immediately and you can harvest all the Echo Locators and Inverted Mirrors you want, along with their supplies which will give you some crystallised Hearts for the multi-tool repairs too.

Just run away. It isn't that that hard to escape sentinel.

Easy way for me, Get a sentinel boundary map. Get on the top of the tower, kill 5 waves of sentinels and the world is sentinel free for a day or until you log out.

Alternate. There are a FEW worlds where those sentinels simply do not react. If I find one I slap a base down and use it as a mine for dissonant resources.

You can snipe mirrors from a distance and MOSTLY get away with it, but be prepared to dig a deep and winding hole if you get caught.

I've found that you can run around in Roamer until you find a Resonator. Mining Laser makes short work of it, then drive away at high speed, sentinel alert expires. Rinse, repeat.

As you see, Dragonfly, there are many ways to get those mirrors.
Pick a rainy day and go on rampage 🏴‍☠️👍.

+1 to cloaking device. You only get level 1 alert for destroying a mirror, which means you need to hide for 10 seconds for sentinels to forget you. Cloaking device gives you 15 seconds. Just focus on resonator and don't fight sentinels.

Exocraft hit@run also works. You can even just retreat on foot without much issues.

Fun fact, sentinels won't attack you while you are riding an animal.

Additionally, the easiest way to do a disable run on a Pillar...
...is to fly to it, and land as close to the Interface Pad as you can. Like maybe a couple yards away if you can....
... WITH THE INTERFACE TERMINAL ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR SHIP!
Ignore all guardian Sentinels, run the few steps to the Interface.
"E" to log in to the Interface.
Choose the action to Disable All Sentinels.

Any guardians won't even start shooting at you for a few seconds. You may get it turned off before they even react. Even if they do, you can take a few hits while you shut them down.

Then the planet is gravy. Until you leave the system.
