Found the 100kg Fish - Where to find it

It's actually in the very first star system you warp away from: Aseyci on the planet "Hocucast Chibi", a grassy planet. I plopped down a base right next to the lake called "100kg Fish". So just look for that base and swim in that lake and there will be two types of fish in it. ID them both and you'll find the 100kg fish.

I think you can find the larger fish in any sufficiently deep water, and I'm not even certain depth plays a role. I've caught numerous big'uns and legendaries fishing in water deeper than 30m - using lures of course.

I found mine on the Rendezvous 2 planet "Odeg 89/A2" in the Syansthe system (just scan the lifeforms in the sea while diving) - it's also a hot planet so you can get the high temperature fish there...

I was just looking around and happened to see a big one swim past, so I scanned it. It was on Ietap Prime, in the Eugeli System, the same one where you find Rendezvous 3. The name is E. Aimphibiufia.
