How do you deploy the exo skiff?
I just did the mission that gets you the blueprint. I saw it come up on my screen as i got the reward for releasing 3 fish back. it isn't in deployables. it isn't in recipes under all sections. Is there a bug or am I missing something obvious?

It's Exosuit tech, needs to be installed.
Then Quick Menu > Summon
