Well I must say I this my first expedition and I got to the part where i made warp cell but realized my ship doesn't have a warp drive? I remember there was a technology NPC at the beginning, but didn't mark the location. Now I am stuck... Any ideas?

You get a pre-packaged warp drive for lifting off the planet. Check milestone #2.

You just have to fly your ship to space and you get the reward of the hyperdrive. Install it to your ship. Make the antimatter and the antimatter housing to make the fuel.

That's a feature of expeditions that often confuses new players. It got me stumped my first time around. The normal game progression is modified so you need to complete expedition milestones.
As others have said, check the rewards if you're missing some tech, more often than not, they will give you that tech somewhere along the way,

Im stuck on the next one. I wrapped to the next system on the greed path but its not the one they said is the next step but the next milestone says its the next system over.:(

Harvest/obtain more materials, to make more warp fuel cells. Just like you have to do when playing normally.

Yeah i did that and I even said I went to the next system. Did you even read my whole post? "I wrapped to the next system " Learn to comprehend.
