All NMS updates are just beta tests for LNF
I am betting that most of the updates that we've received for NMS are all just systems they're making for Light No Fire, but they implement them into NMS (in a way that makes thematic sense) as a test.

I would bet sure as ♥♥♥♥ that a lot of these new things we're getting are part of what they're developing for LNF.

I wrote that last week in a post. And lucky we are that they are using NMS for RnD. Clever of them and nice for us. After playing a few recent EA games I look forward to what HG has in store for us. :nmsatlas:
They do need to shake a leg and get on with it though.

We're lucky to have a bunch of artists willing to experiment with their talents if that's the case. Both games and likely any future games, over time will all probably benefit from each other and improve the gaming experience for everyone, in all sorts of ways.
That's a cool thing : D

You're welcome...:)

you could bet... but no-one here will take that bet... you're late to the party

yeah, the return on that bet will not be worth your while... everyone knows this is exactly what HG are doing...
To be clear, I don't have a problem with it. I'll buy LNF either way because what HG has done with NMS is worthy of respect.

I just think it's kind of funny how we're some kind of pseudo EA for LNF. Haha.

And this is a good thing for both games-for the most part.

I haven't tried fishing yet, but I'm not optimistic about it. Looks like another "fluff " update.

It's SOOOOO generous of them to even do that. They could just focus on LNF fully but because they're legends, they give us all these free updates. Very very grateful! Can't wait to dive into LNF as well. Oh man!
