Report a translation problem
If you read otherwise, you were probably reading an old thread from when the expedition ran originally. Redux expeditions do not use the same systems and planets as their original counterpart.
To find a dead biome planet, explore and look for planets with Rusted Metal listed as a resource. Those are dead biomes.
Another option is to check the "other bases" list in the anomaly to see if you can find one that is on a dead biome planet. Or see this thread for clear, concise directions for a system that has one which is easy to reach from expedition space.
Ask Gek about Atlas. Leave Anomaly. Warp to Atlas,,, that system has a airless planet.
I tried that, but rusted metal gives no option to pin. Would have been great if it did
I think I try that every...single...time I need to locate a Dead Biome Planet. I always forget it doesn't work.
