Yes.
It isn't relevant to this expedition, but some of them in the past have had "community progress" milestones, and those you might need to go online briefly to update your game once the community unlocks whatever is needed.
But then it is assumed that you have the correct Expeditions Json file installed in the game, and you are within the stipulated time frames specified for that event.
Should you be short on time, or want to play an older expedition whose time has expired, it is quite easy to adjust the time frame for the event in the Json file.
In that case, however, it can be good to know what Unix time is, and how to calculate it, but there are many converters for that on the net, for example this one.

a remark. Each expedition comes with a new version of the Season Json file, we are currently on version 30.
If you want to play an older Expedition, you need to copy in and edit the file that was for that event.
And to find links to the old files, you can search for 'expedition' in the Guide section here on the NMS forum, there is one that has a complete collection.

note 2: forgot to mention, that if you need to use an edited season file, the game must be made completely offline, otherwise the game will update, and remove the change.
