Used for TRADE ( only ) or maybe also for something else ?

If i find some items ( like Spool of Nano-Cables) and it says that it can be used only for trade, does it mean that there will be absolutly no other use for it ?

correct, those are part of the 'trader' add-on, not needed for crafting or it would say Crafting, Trading.

Spools of nano-cables are one of the things you get when you scrap a ship, I believe. They have no other purpose than for you to go to the nearest trade terminal and change them into units. That's how you get "paid" for scrapping a ship. If you don't want the units for whatever reason, you simply discard the item from your inventory by pressing the middle mouse button when your cursor is over them.
