Can't you just download the save editor and enable all of those (plus the Expedition rewards) that way?
Obviously, back up your saves first before trying it, and make sure you wait until the save editor is updated with the latest version of NMS.
Personally I never cared about the twitch drops. Just handing me free ships, tools, etc circumvents the actual game play. Heck, I rarely use the expedition rewards for long for the same reason.
But also, most of the stuff you get from Drops are actually available in the Quicksilver store, or were already part of earlier expedition rewards, anyways.
Unless you are about to tell us that you are working several days straight, without ever coming home or internet access... i don't really see the issue here.
I mean, i put the twitch channels on in the background, muted and just run the clock, while i do other things.
The promotion doesn't care that i am off cleaning the bathroom or watch Netflix with my SO.
ps OP. FOMO isn't stupid... it's avarice, just ignore and let it go
The mod has all twitch drops (afaik), all expedition rewards and sometimes, also rewards in it that haven't been* released yet.
That doesn't make sense at all.
Twitch doesn't have politics.
And even if they did, that's not going to bother you.

For a non political platform, they sure seem to have alot of opinions of what is socially acceptable and not.
I myself dont really understand twitch, I dont want to watch people play games, I want to play them. But if a drop is good enough ill leave it play in the background just long enough to get it.
Funny enough I didnt even know there were drops this weekend as it I never seen it advertised on steam.
