Report a translation problem
The multiplayer in this game is very simple so it is hard to actually build up a community. Outside of talking and maybe sharing some inventory items, there is no game play reason to pal up.
It's not a MMO.

Its a multiplayer game. No amount of denial will make that fact go away.

Most players play with Multiplayer Off, as the MP On Anomaly is annoying, and running into random players in the world is usually undesirable, as they can take crashed ships, and other resources.
