Game Crash at Start (new buy, fresh install)

Hi there I just bought the NMS and downloaded it.
Now right after pressing "play" it asks me normal or VR and I choose normal.
After that a white windows comes up and short after I get this error message:
The Game has encountered an error and will now shutdown
126314_0x157BE5_ST76561197970347106

In event Log there is nothing under applications.
In eventlog there is something under System:
The server ‘Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter’ could not be registered with DCOM within the specified time period.

I turned off game bar and still getting crash.

Any suggesttions?

Edit:
I reinstalled xbox game bar (restart computer after each powershell command!):
1.
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage
2.
Get-AppXPackage *Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

and I edited registry
(Restart Computer after that)
(you have to be administrator, take ownership with administrator-account, add administrator-account to the permissions and give full control)
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsRuntime\ActivatableClassId\Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter

ActivationType=0

Now the game is starting!
