Is there a way to get my old multi-tool back

I had a mission where on of the Vy'keen said that my weapon is piece of crap. He wanted to take a look at my weapon so i agreed. The next what he did is he threw my weapon away and gave my other one ( there was an option take it for free ). But to be ohnest that new weapon is much worse than mine. Is there any weapon Collection where i could switch between those weapons ?

Yeah. It's in your quickmenu. IDR exactly where but there's an option for selecting which Multi-Tool you want to use of the ones you have.

W pc n mouse, Hit X, scroll far left. Click on pix of MT, and it should be in list. It's a little goofy but you will get used to it. The X menu is very valuable for repairing ships on the fly and your suit too during battle. Fast shield repairs for both. Can't tell you the options for controller, sorry.

Have you found out how to get rid of other multi tools ? I was in the same situation and dont know if I can sell or disassemble the other tools I have that are worst

Yes, if you go to the Space Anomaly, there's a Multi-Tool disassembly station on the top level where the giant teleporter is. (Facing the teleporter, go left towards the balcony overlooking the hangar bay.) You can use that station to destroy multitools you don't want, and it'll give you stuff back (like multitool expansion slots, or maybe money and nanites, I don't recall that detail exactly).

Set a hot key for many quick menu selections. Every weapon can be put on a hotkey for instant selection. Also things like throw bait or pet commands.

Indirectly those same hotkeys can be added to controllers via steam configuration. Like camera view swap, call pet, emotes, enable Minotaur AI and so on. Can be set up with a double tap or long press of a button for example/.
