How to unlock customization
So I noticed there's a lot of locked customization options, including one whole race and a bunch of heads and clothing for others. How do you unlock them? Have I missed the chance or do I just not know the way yet?

You have to earn Quicksilver by playing the game, to pay for those. One option on that vendor is for Event unlockables, so you would have to complete the corresponding events for those items.

Thank you for the helpful answers. Would I be able to do these events or were they time limited?
