Mouse control overly sensitive

I haven't played this game in several months so not sure when this changed, but I find the mouse waaaay too sensitive. The setting defaults to 25, but previously I had to turn it down to 5 to make it usable. Tried it just now and felt I was going to get whiplash even at 5 so had to turn it down to 2. So, 1 is sluggish and 2 is usable but still too fast. Anyone else seeing this issue?

BTW, new graphics are pretty but I feel like I need to wear sunglasses while playing even with HDR turned off. Running the game at 4K resolution on an Nvidia RTX 3060.

Check your mouse, maybe clean it but go into its internals and see if something has changed or needs adjusting. Sometimes when they get geriatric they become more squirrely than mousy, if you know what I mean.
