Low GPU Usage even when FPS uncapped

Title.

My RTX 2060 sits at 39-60% gpu usage no matter which settings i use.
Does anyone else have this issue? Before this update my gpu usage was fine 99% when fps uncapped.

No, other games run fine. its just this one

FPS uncapped you say, but really everywhere?
- Nvidia control panel
- Nvidia App
- in game
- in RivaTuner
- etc.

What are your FPS? If it's a straight line, there is a limit, somewhere.

I'm in the same predicament. I just purchased the game today and found very poor performance. Maxed vs mined settings don't seem to make that big a difference. The game runs sub 60fps all the time, mostly in the 25-35 range and often in the teens. GPU utilization is hovering from 20-35% and CPU utilization is spread across all 12 cores and averaging around 25%.

I don't have any FPS limits configured anywhere and I don't see that there is a hardware bottleneck. My specs are as follows:

RTX 2070 Super
Ryzen 5 5700
32GB RAM
2TB M.2 SSD
Windows 11 23H2

I am stuck at 50 fps no matter what I set the game too,

RTX 4070 TI Super
i9 11900 KF
64 GB Ram 4000MTS
4TB NVME
Windows 11 Latest.

I am getting 1% CPU usage and 10% GPU.

I have exactly the same problem, I think it could be due to g.sync? I have no idea my pc is an RTX 3070 Ryzen 5 Windows 11 latest Nvidia drivers

Normal behavior when you're have a CPU limit. I'm not going to explain it in detail here, just use the online search of your choice for that.

Funny side note: almost every player mention his ubar GPU, but only a few are mentioning their CPU or even their complete hardware. Does your computer only have a GPU and no other components? Ho can it run at all then?

I still trying to figure out how to get more then 50 fps after the update regardless of resolution and settings.

There's an irony here in that Hello said they moved operations from the CPU to the GPU, so for GPU to be less-utilized than pre-patch, sounds broken.
