Didn't fix it :( still capped at 70

And if so, does windows know your monitor supports that?
NMS reads a lot of the monitor info from windows's API's, so if windows believes you have a 60hz monitor, NMS is gonna behave as if that is what you have.
Yes sir! It's the AW3423DWF. Currently set @ 144hz, supported ánd set by Windows.
No in Riva Tuner, but i did in Nvidia Control Panel. Set to 140 fps
Thats the problem, NMS fkd up if you have that setting, my advice try to turn that of, and Framelimit for Background app too
Removing FPS cap in Nvidia Control Panel fixed it. So NMS caps 1/2 of set FPS cap in Nvidia Control Panel. Weird.

This doesnt help you since you solved your problem but maybe there is another reason too, anyway you can have a profile for nms and keep your cap global
