Jump in/jump out to set a save and run to the teleporter in the anomaly and go to the current system station (probably any station). Scrap it in the back of the station and your working ride should show up.
or just use the Anomaly a space station you normally get access to before the freighter stuff if you followed the main story line. Its a space station you can literally summon to you at anypoint while in space, very useful for dodging pirates too as you can just summon it then land in it to get rid of the pirates. Just make sure to land it in after the encounter gauge empties as it will save where you were on it. You can see this gauge in first person view it'll be where the planet is shown on the ships dashboard, and it'll be a round bar that drains, when it emptys you'll have a encounter which is usually either a merchant or pirates scanning your cargo to attack you for it, well unless you bribe them anyway. Summon the Anomaly second your contacted in case its pirates, if it is, talk to them tell them to screw off, then just boost into the anomaly, you'll be able to get into it before the pirates can finish warping into the system.
Repair the ship and fly to the space station to salvage/claim parts
