Hyaline brain not usable to scan

Hi, i want to use the hyaline brain to get this alien place where i can get a harmonic brain to repair the guardians ship but when i press the button to use the brain nothing happens.
Doesnt matter where i am if i stand beside the ship or other places.

Help would be appreciated

Yeah, I have had that happen too, on occasion. Probably best call it a "faulty brain", and look for another one. It's a little bit annoying, but, myeah.

You have to have the other two ingredients first - 1 Inverted Mirror and 3 Radiant Shards.

Tip:
- find a pirate system with dessonance in galaxy map
- farm for radiant shards, inverted mirrors , echo locators etc by cruising with your ship and look for Dissonance Resonators (tal mechs with a drill) and shoot them up.

I have both parts, the mirror and the shards and it doesnt work.
1 time he made a scan but didnt showed me the place where to go like shown in yt videos.

The shards are easy to find and the dissonance reactores are to now.
I used my battlecar and drove a big round from 1 shard to another and found several of this dissonance but the most important thing and thats the title here " my hyaline brain" doesnt work and give me a scan......

i tried to find a new planet and took a new quest from nexus syste.
The only thing that happend was to bring me to the same planet where i was before and found 2 inactive ships there

Try Reloading the save you made getting out of the ship, worked for me.

OK, you may have come across a situation I have found myself a few times now.
You are clearly on a Dissonant planet to find a crashed interceptor, but chances are, the solar system you are in is not marked as Dissonant in the galactic map.
The only way I have been able to salvage the Interceptors on those planets is to lay down a base computer to mark the site, travel to a different (properly marked on the map) dissonant system and process the brain there at another interceptor wreck site and monolith, then return to the base computer to claim the wreck with the processed brain.

Also make sure the current mission did not get changed. Set it back to the interceptor mission and the way-point should activate.
