Solved (I'm dumb) - Chitin Headpieces
I'm on PC, Experimental build.
I've unlocked all of the Chitin Headpieces and they are available to me in my Expedition save. I loaded one of my other saves to claim them there and only one of the headpieces are available. Can someone else take a look to confirm this behavior?

Oh! Duh. Thank you. For some reason, I thought they were all rewards. Got confused between that and the trophies.
