Is there way to place trade goods or other collectibles on tables, counters?

I am building & wondered if there is a way to place items that we collect or craft onto tables & such. Some of them are interesting looking & would be fun to use when decorating base. Such as food items, trade items. Thanks!

hehe, well all the squeaky chairs are not really seats, they are just spinny toys... the squeak makes them more fun I guess...
the chairs you can sit in don't squeak
