my friend can't see any of my bases

hey everyone,

my girlfriend and I are playing nms again and she can't seem to see any of my mining bases from the teleporter terminal. she sees only my main base.

we've tried switching who is host and who is guest and that has not worked.
we tried adding each other to nms friend list but it said we were already there.
i've tried uploading my bases but she still can't see them.
i've put all my network options to 'friends + group.' and she still can't see them.

we JUST tried the anomaly suggestion where one person goes the system of choice and then the other friend goes to the anomaly only to exit from there and choose where to be ported to. she came down to my base and looked into my teleporter and could see EVERYONE'S bases. mine and a bunch of other people's.

so. we're stumped. she's currently 'downloading' and failing the download for some of my bases in the progress. she's been able to visit our very first base when they started releasing the expeditions and one other.

we're not sure how this all works. any help would be appreciated to make this a little more well-founded or at least stable. not sure if it's just the game itself or something else that might be a switch.

Just curious though.
When you look at your mining bases in the teleporter do you see a picture of the base ?

Just curious though.
When you look at your mining bases in the teleporter do you see a picture of the base ?

yah, i do see the pictures of my bases. she can't seem to 'download' some of my bases either.

I cannot download bases often when I try. No idea why.

yeah, we've been trying a number of things and fixes from over the web and nothing seems to work. why is that? this is a huge multiplayer game now. so is their new game, fire-whatever. sigh. anybody else with any help?

are the bases on separate planets? IIRC if you have more than one base on the same planet, only the last one uploaded can be seen in others' teleport lists...

Also, the first time you want to visit a base in a different system, go to the space station in that system and then fly your starship to the base. From there, use the teleporter to go back to the space station, and then the "download" will work.

*edit: One more thing - if your friend visits your base while you are there, they will have no problem seeing the base. However, if you build a base or make changes to a base when you are playing alone, it can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours for the upload to make the latest changes visible to other players when you're not there.
