Trace of Metal - No coordinates given
I am doing the Trace of Metal quest line. And i installed the arm and supposedly I got coordinates from my sentinel after taking out the sentinel depot. The coordinates never appeared on my screen. I cannot find out which solar system it is in...

This is a bug or am i missing something?

You have to interact with the control panel at the sentinel depot if I remember right. Also make sure to do a sweep and pick up any tubs left behind from the battle.

Unless there is a different variant, it all happens in the same system where your settlement is located, mostly on that exact planet. You have to go to the Anomaly a couple of times.

Had the same thing, but I exited the planets atmosphere, selected the mission in the log, opened galaxy map and it showed where I had to warp to - cant remember the symbol for the mission though.

switch your active mission off Trace of Metal, then back to it. Sometimes that'll trigger the next step.

I literally just learned this right now. DO NOT attempt to navigate to the coordinates with your Freighter. The game cannot handle Freighter warps apparently. The coordinates when warping with my starship are literally in the next system over. My Freighter had me warping literally hundreds of thousands of light-years away with absolutely no end in sight. I spent four days doing nothing but warping.
