multitool upgrade station

where FFS on those new stations is multitool upgrade workshop? they did it so confusing :/
I found shop where i can buy upgrades or exchange multitool but no workshop where i can install new slots i found ...

thanks man ,i tried that but i aimed too low on that tube not on hologram lol then i ran all over station rofl :P

i tried to use that but it seems i aimed thru it and activated talking to seller,its why i wondered its not this stuff,unlucky angle ,maybe they shoudl move it to the wall like backpack upgrader.

The new layout looks cool but can be problematic. It's really fun when using the staff as it sticks out in the walkway. NMS is always a work in progress.

they just fixed it in the experimental today the issue of that tool station and the exosuit slot interface not being easy to interact with

good to hear ,on emore where i can find overseer on old station he wa sin kind of bar ,now i do not see such place nor i do not see overseer in marked station :(

Yes that has changed. You go to a gek system and they will be wandering around like all the other npcs. If you go to a system the game indicates sometimes they will have a logo over their heads but I have just gone to a gek system I could portal to and they were there. You may have to kiss a lot of geks to get the one you need.

seems he not spawned but i readed somewhere so its known bug .
In my case flying to other system and back helped ,thx for answers folks :)
