My old machine has a nice device called Killer Intelligence App since I have an Intel CPU, and it lets me switch to gamer mode so all those business apps are temporally asleep.
That way they aren't removed. Also they are Not calling home to Mother to find out if she's got any cookies they can store on your machine that are for gamers to switch to another company so we play on their game services.
Sorry but your description doesn´t have that much info...

Whats the crash dump file name ?
You find it in
be in :
C:\Users\YOUR_ID\AppData\Local\Temp
(it will be called something like
NMS_crash_xxxxxxxxxx_NMSVersion_0xCrashcode_SteamID.dmp
AMD GPU Driver ? More info would give that crash dump file ..
If you can upload your crash dunp file into a cloud, with permission to download it, I´ll look into it
This is my exact setup. Outside of Logitech mouse and razor keyboard
I have 8 confirmed "NMS_Crash'
With that rig you should have no problem to play NMS
