Harmonic Camp override glyphs failing

I'm on a new start and I found my first Harmonic Camp for this run. I can't make the override glyphs work. I have done it dozens of times on previous lives but it just won't accept my chosen glyphs. (I've run the math about 6 times because, wouldn't that be embarrassing?) This is the first time I've tried an unlock since the patch that came out today and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

All the changes in today's update have been part of the Experimental build for some time and I haven't heard of any problems with Harmonic Camps that might have been caused by them. I certainly haven't had any, anyway.

Maybe try verifying your files in case something hasn't downloaded properly? Or just try saving and reloading and see if that fixes it.
