[Difficulty] What option bypasses the "Out of Jump Range" message?
I'm in a custom save slot to experiment with some things, including going to the center of the galaxy. However, the message of Out of Jump Range makes things slower and I wonder if there is any setting in the difficulty menu to turn it off. Otherwise, is there any other way?

Turning off jump range limitations entirely would mean you could jump to the center of the galaxy in a single jump (though scrolling to it would probably take a long time...LOL). There is no game setting for that, I don't think.

There are four ways, that I can think of, for you to achieve this:
  • Use a mod that significantly increases jump ranges. There are several such mods that I am aware of.
  • Use the save editor to give your ship a ridiculous jump range value.
  • Get the Sunset glyph (which is the first glyph) and go to a portal. Input all Sunset glyphs at the portal and go through it. This will take you pretty much right to the center of the galaxy.
  • Use the teleporter in the anomaly to teleport to someone else's base that is near the center of the galaxy.

Edited, because the 4th way occurred to me. There's probably a few more I'm not thinking of right now.

Use a portal, you decide how close you want to go, with glyphs 7,8,9 and 10,11,12

i've understood the jellyfish/sunset glyph in all slots took you to like 3000LY from the center...

As with most things in this game, taking the easy road can ruin the experience.

The easiest in-game way to get to the center is to the Artemis series of missions. Toward the end you get the purge mission. You only have to warp 16 times and you get the option of four galaxies you can transfer to.
