Stuck on expedition 13 phase 4: Dereliction

As in title, I'm stuck on this quest. I've visited every corner of this ship, activated every computer, every "datapad", killed every enemy. The game won't let me download the captain's log, because I don't apparently have the log in credentials for ANY of the officers even after going through the ship several times.

Use your scanner to scan for the log snippet clipboards that give you the pass you need to access the captain's log. Sometimes they can spawn inside a bulkhead where you can't see them, or you may just have missed one.

Having said that, I did once visit a freighter where I was unable to find it at all. Maybe the same has happened to you?

Yeah, I think it was just fubar'd. I left it for tonight, will try again tomorrow maybe.

You probably already know, but if you try again, do it in a different star system. You'll just get the same freighter again if you stay where you are.

I've run half a dozen freighters now and have not found captain's log in a single one. Different systems tried, no help.

Have you got multiplayer enabled?

Honestly, its a stab in the dark, but Go offline after verifying you game files, via the NMS library GUI.

I've just launched the game and am all but finished with accepting the final reward and closing the expo.
I'm in Rendezvous 5 and using a signal scanner have boarded and found the first terminal updating the bioscan and unlocking the crew manifest.

Anyone wanting to test an Anomaly Nexus meeting to transfer the item to be used in this system just need to hit the Friend or respond here.

SOLVED.
Thanks a lot man, that did it. Turned Multiplayer back on, and loaded game, first ship I came across and got credentials right away.
