Each No Man's Sky expedition is always from a "fresh start" - I think there has only been one exception, and ADRIFT is not it :)
So you start from scratch, just like you would if starting a new "normal" game.
no you load in from the anomoly on whatever character you are on.
After looking at the goals, I don't really see anything that I was like "man, I REALLY wish I had......"
The only things I could, are things that would only have been useful on the first planet lol, which means no anomaly.
