Texture glitch on Spaceships and characters Solved

So recently I started getting these texture glitches in my game. Re-starting the game seems to fix this. The glitches look cool though, but not sure if any one else has been getting this recently

Completely exit the game to steam and restart the game and the texture glitch is gone until you reboot the computer and start the game again.

Only encountered this once a few weeks ago. I think the recent patch fixed it.
I haven't noticed any problems since. I just kept the pics because I thought some of the random designs looked oddly quite good. Maybe future texture ideas for ships :D

Had it happen last night for the first time. after I'd just restarted my system. Exiting and re-entering the game fixed it.

To answer your question Migz, I'm using a GTX 680M.

the way to fix this is to to disable shader precaching in steam client ( go to steam at very top left > settings > shader precaching > uncheck it ) .Think it has to do with the engine used by NMS

Disabling precaching doesn't do anything for me... Is there anything else I can try?

Does this happen every time you load NMS? the old solution was to just restart NMS, which was a ball ache.
