The one notable exception is Wiring Looms. They are used in a bunch of starship upgrade techs but must always be purchased from Space Station terminals/vendors.
I'm sry, maybe I used the wrong words, I'm not talking about the "modules" but the components you need for them. Best example: "Wiring Loom". Will I be able to craft it myself like the Metal Plating or Carbon tubes? At the moment I can only buy it on Space Station or sometimes as quest reward in the Space Anomaly.
I see, then I have to check the Space Anomaly again. But good to know I can find BP on planets, too. Thanks!
This is, of course, for upgrades that have blueprints. For proc-gen'd upgrades - the ones that reveal their stats when you install them - you either have to buy them from Stations, get them as rewards from numerous sources, or resort to mods.
But I will also keep an eye open for those manufactoring facilities, since "for free" is always better :)
Thanks to everyone for the quick help!
It's sad you can't mark more then one post as solution. I picked Azure Fangs, because you @xace85x mention you might need salvaged data, but all you need it nanite. So it could be misleading for others, I hope you understand what I mean, but you will get a Prize instead, aye? :)
Absolutley fine, it was not meant as blame, I'm thankful for your help!
