I am sad my Red Scepter Got Lost, PLEASE HELP!!!

i;ve lost my sentinel scepter from the expedition, i try to get back to the last planets, i'm afraid i got it traded, i dont really sure..
i am having a blast playing nonstop this new expedition, but now all seems pointless because i;ve lost the most great item from this exp, can a developer help me?? thankyou so much

so long as yo ujreally no longer have it, you can get it back from the quicksilver vendor in the anomaly.

Hit x, utilities and switch multitools. see if it's just in another slot

I recently lost mine without knowing I was going to grabbing other tools and the silver vendor is no go it says I claimed that already :(
