Where to land on Derelict Freighter
The 1st one I've bothered to stop at, as I would like to grab some of that twisted metal or whatever its called for the Scrap Dealer. Just a wandering Traveller with no malice to the races or factions... if you could help a guy out please :) I'll stay at 0 speed and hopefully someone can toss me an answer. Cheers

the Derelict Freighter has landing pads like a trading post. they glow green. if you found a Derelict Freighter without these pads you can't land on it. also there are diffrent typs of Derelict Freighter.

There are two types of derilic freighters. One you can board and another you can't. The one you can't is a broken wreck. The one you can usually only appears when you use the special scanner form the junk dealer.

The wrecked freighter sometimes has cargo pods you can loot.

Yup, I got the totalled one... pieces flying all about. This is the first time I decided to land on one, having seen a fair share in my main save. But, since I am running with the 'higher cost' option (which is about 65% more expensive for everything, the Scrap Dealer insists on 8 million and change to get coords.

Was being too cheap... I'll cough up the coin to go to one that I can land on!
