Autophage customization question...

I finished the singularity expedition which grants the Autophage customization. But when I log onto my main save, the Autophage race is still locked.
I've done some of the Autophage quests because I have the staff, was surprised when I didn't have the customization option.
What am I missing?

If you claim any Autophage cosmetic, either from the Anomaly QS vendor OR from the Staff crafting machine in one of the Autophage camps <- that will unlock it for you.

Thank you for the response! I'm a complete idiot - I forgot to claim lots of things at the QS vendor on the anomaly. haha
