White screen crash after loading
Hello everibody, i have an issue: when i try to launch a new game there is a very long loading (the one where you see all he stars), then there is for about 2 minutes a totally white screen, an in the end it crashes. I have a low end pc, but it should have the minimum requirements. Thank you very much!
This are my specs:
Operating system: Windows 11 Home 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-8130U CPU @ 2.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.2GHz

GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

Edit: the error is this:

Actually it doesn't even appear the begin initialisation to me. Just white for 2 minutes, and the back on desktop

Hmmmm... your spec doesn't seem to be near anything AMD at all???

My setup is AMD Ryzen 7 2700 and a RX580... 16GB RAM... Win10...

I don't know, probably my pc is dumb. I'm not very good at informatic staff, so if someone has a step to step tutorial it would be great. Thanks a lot!
@ gabrieleiaiamarini - Are you on the Experimental build? Some people are having the same issue as you on the Experimental build, but when they went back to normal stable build, they were able to play again.

Your 8GB is probably too little, especially when you have your GPU (UHD620) integrated into the CPU, the crash probably comes from running out of memory when the game tries to allocate video memory.

Install more memory in your computer, or install another GPU with a few GB of its own memory, or option 3, get another computer.

Probably I will go for option 3, because I was thinking from a lot of time to buy a serious pc. Thanks for the help!

amd64 is a generic term, a.k.a x86-64 used to denote 64 bit PC architecture. There are historical reasons for this, as AMD was the one to introduce the 64bit architecture to the x86 PC platform. So you don't need to have have any AMD hardware in your PC and you will still see this in various settings and files.
