2: Still working this out myself, best I've got is A class so far. It seems to be dictated by the terminal you use. Certain combinations of parts can produce different class results at a terminal, but other terminals may produce a different class (and colour scheme) using the same combination of parts. It is one of those things that I don't want to search for other people's research as I want to play that trial and error "mini-game" myself. The good thing is, you can back out any staff build once you see the result and try again until you get a combo that looks good and has a good class and supercharged layout.
