What system would you recommend for buying silver.....

best is probably a mining system but honestly i've never really needed a specific system for something as abundant as silver.

it's in the mega asteroids, is refined super easily and can be bought pretty much anywhere.

i just buy things like the aronium and herox and just refine them into 250 silver each.

I'm pretty sure it's random. You can try three star economies they will have more materials.

Silver can be found as a resource on some planets. You can set up a mining base and get more than you will ever need.

Anywhere you find it in my opinion, considering how much we always need (for building bases and freighter rooms).

Mine it from asteroids (along with a chance at other exotic metals). As for resource deposits on planets, there isn't a set location or common prevalence.

I just set up extractor bases at the resource hot spots on planets, even a C grade site with 5 extractors built will net you a little over 1K of a resource an hour, build anywhere from 2 - 5 - 10 - 20 resource silo's varying depending on how much of a resource I need and collect the mats when I need them, worst case they sit there full for a few days.

Silver is a pretty common deposit on at least one planet in each system- usually more. You should not need a lot of it, unless you have some unusual plan. I usually shoot asteroids for what I need.

Find a planet with silver, make a mining base.....
Making freighter bases consumme a lot of it and if like me you like to entirely redesign it often... and simply use the "reset freighter base" button because it's faster.... you wont get any material back.... asteroid wont yield anywhere near enough to do so.....

if you really need silver that bad there is 1 more option. on the anomaly, unlock the recipe for crafting aronium or 1 of the other ones that refines into silver, then just craft it from other resources, and refine it into the silver you need.

refining 40 x either (or combination thereof) = 10,000 Silver
