If you mean the ability to pull buried caches right out of the ground if you are standing on them, as if they were only shallowly buried/covered, no TM required - I don't think they are gonna fix that one. I think it has become part of the game mythos.

Never saw on floating in the air but some times on flat ground standing directly on top of it and still cant get it. I know the ones that I can get you have to be percisely on top to do i but far to often I cant even get it even then.

considering how the seem peritty intramental to upgrading and getting more advanced gear I would think fixing them would be higher pryority unless there was somehow even more apprent and game ruining gliches I have not seen. I only got the game recently after hearing how much they improved the game from the utter disappointment it started off as.

It doesn't need fixed because every planet literally has hundreds of these. If 1 is glitched just move on.

considering how infinite they are it's not really an issue, if a tech module is buried in bedrock just move onto the next one.
