Expeditions are grayed out.
I have 30 frigates, been sending them out multiple times. Then I sent out three expeditionary teams using 15 frigates and the rest of the missions were grayed out. These 3 missions came back and now all of my missions are grayed out. Logged in and out multiple times, restarted game, steam, windows. Warped multiple times, worried that my games is broken.

Well, now the missions are unlocked. Hope I can send all of my frigates out now.

You can only run 5 missions per day. Missions reset after 24 hrs.

You can squeeze more than 5 if you get compulsive- but they do only regenerate every 24 hours so you end up back where you started...you just have to wait longer for the remaining missions to finish up.

Easier to just send five a day.

The Frigate Expedition list resets every day at 00:00 UTC, so this could (depending on your time zone) make it seem like you can do more than 5 a "day", but there will only ever be 5 offered between resets.
