Scanner Bonus & Multi-tools
Hélo :-)

Does the scan bonus from the different types of multi-tools have an impact on the amount of money per scan?

Does an S-class Experimental Tool naturally generate more units per scan than an S-class Rifle? Or does it only affect scanning range? (which seems to be capped at 750u according to wiki)

My understanding is some tool types have a better maximum range for scanning then others. That can be a good thing and a bad thing. I had an experimental for awhile and stuff like Oxy would show up as icons even though they were an unreasonable distance away to hoof it on foot.

Generally a greater range is a good thing, especially to catch POIs.
