Can't re-summon old ship

HIya! I was picking up a broken ship and couldn't find my old one. I made sure to claim the ship and not transfer, so everything seemed fine until I realized I couldn't summon it, but it's odd. The option to summon it is there, but when I tried to do it, it says "Launch Thrusters at 100% charge : : 100% required to summon.
Is there a way I can summon it? This is a very odd issue.

Switch back to that starship as your Primary then use the compass to locate your ship. Or try going to your freighter and summoning your ship there.

If you own multiple ships you can at the Anomaly landing pad, cycle through any ships you own. Use the quick menu to select your ships. If you need to add fuel or repair damaged pulse engines or thrusters, viewing your ships there is one way of swapping to the ship you want. Owning a freighter also gives you the quick menu ability to cycle through ships you own, especially if you have more than six. Only six of twelve ships that can be owned can be seen (on the freighter) at any one time. Swap (cycle) to other ships to see them. On a planet usually a ship can not be summoned if the pulse engines or the thrusters are either damaged or have no fuel (or not enough fuel).
