Still, why the quest tells me to go at the anomaly anyways, lol?
As for why it's telling you to go to the anomaly and buy the BP, must be a bug. Or perhaps your save is glitched and you have finished Atlas, but the 'Heart of the Sun' BP is missing somehow so the game is confused. A quick google search mentioned that it can be forgotten when loading an older save.
Either re-do Atlas or as a last resort the save editor.
The only reason I can think that the quest tells you to go to the anomaly is because Polo can give you coords to an atlas station (probably to "start" the quest...and why it mentions the synthesis lab at all I couldnt tell ya, cause thats where I first looked too). Makes zero sense the way its worded, honestly~ I was very confused myself xD
I did, as matter of fact I have the remembrance installed, but incomplete. And all previous blueprints are gone.
It is indeed bugged, cause you should get the final seed after or in between the process to "create" the next galaxy.
