Why are all RED stars uninhabited?
As title, I went on scouting about 30 red stars and found this peculiarity, which begs the question.

HG had plans for those in the "future", I mean, 7 years later?

Red stars and blue stars have a low probability of habitation. Some players like exploring systems with no dominant life form. Originally all systems had a dominant life form but that was changed, I think, in the NEXT update.

For what I observed, Blue stars has lower rate than others, yes, but compared to Red ones, it looks high LOL.

I'm currently back on Hilbert, and haven't found an habitated RED one yet, where blues ones, already some.

By my side, I tend to avoid systems without space stations and civilization, unless there is something unique to be found/seen exclusively there. Aside Cadium, have not noticed much else.

Yeah, that's the only recurring pattern I've noticed so far that was maybe worth mentioning.

It's a matter of play style. Back in the day there was a reoccurring complaint that your not really exploring because all the systems have already been discovered and populated. Also some players don't like the near constant fly overs by NPC ships.

Neither preference is right or wrong, just different.

Yeah, I get it. Also, as far as we know the universe is NOT really that populated as in NMS, if we are to call it space-sim.

Has anyone found corrupted sentinels on RED stars? I happen to catch a planet that did not have "corruption" in the description (indium in this case), and then found corrupt sentinels once landed. Maybe some descriptions are not updated?

I frequent many red stars and I find corrupt sentinels all the time. Sometimes marked, sometimes not. I was in a system last night that had a corrupt planet marked but there were two more in the same system, unmarked.

I'm not searching for red systems, but to find one that has normal population is very rare.

Do uninhabited planets with corrupted sentinels have camps and crashed interceptors? I know dead worlds don't, but I'm not sure about living, but uninhabited.

Nope. The consistent rule is no active trading post = no camps or crash sites.

WoW, lucky you then, my rate of finding interceptors is pretty low i'd say. But I also don't bother landing in each planet each system, i just scan and decide which one may appeal to me. After all, I already know more or less what I may find most of times, exception made for interceptors. As stated, some planets do not tell if there are interceptors, when there are in fact to be found, if u land.

I think cadmium systems are a red herring.

Yep. I've just been floundering around searching them.
