i was wondering if i can still get that ship i miss out to get it in the community expedition?

You have a few options.

• You can wait until they re-run the expedition. Which may or may not even ever happen.
  
• You can play the expedition in offline mode right now, and earn it. Following these instructions[chrisn1992.github.io].
  
• You can use the save editor[github.com] to just set your account as indicating you already earned the expedition rewards.
  
• You can use a mod[www.nexusmods.com] which makes all expedition rewards available.

Without using mods or game editor you will have to wait for that expedition to get replayed. It was replayed once a year and a half ago. There is a good chance they will do that again at some point, but no one here can say for sure.

This. You can replay it when they relaunch. It's also nice having all the cosmetic unlocks as well.
