A lot of crashes and bugs preventing from doing Nexus missions

Anyone else having an unusual amount of crashes or inconsistencies during nexus missions? It's been like 4 times already and i'm disencouraged to do the missions until they patch it.

If it is not a crash to desktop, it is like I would be warped outside the anomaly just to see that the game has put me into the mission's system but the quest is gone from the log and will not progress.
