Freighter build menu icons don't show.
I upgraded all of the modules for the freighter build but when I try to build the navigation room nothing shows on the screen.

This happened to me the other day. I bought a new room and then the tab in the build menu had a yellow exclamation point but the page was totally empty.

Save your game from a save-point in the freighter, then quit to desktop and reload. I think I tried just save/reload and it was no joy.
