MSVCR120.dll is a Visual C+ 2013 file.
Usually not so smart to download a dll file from some shady place.
Better to download the installation package for it from Microsoft
NMS needs these Visual C+ versions 2010, 2013, 2022.
These are not included in the Windows installation, so you need to add them afterwards.
Steam can usually do it, but sometimes it messes up, and it usually puts old versions anyway.
Note that there are two versions of each, X86 and X64, install both.
Link to Microsoft VC+ redist download.

An alternatively download, a package with all the versions available.

i've unintall ALL Visual C++ versions and i've reinstall ALL there is no way to lauch NMS, simply do not start, i've tryed like anministrator too, and give me the error 0xc000007b but i've all installed version of visual c++..... no way
WIN+X will open that windows list, there start the Event Viewer and
expand Windows Logs and look under Application for warnings with a timestamp of that crash.
Copy&Paste the details here, so we can check it

Is your Win11 an update from Win10?
If so a clean install of win11 may solve it too,,,
You may google the error 0xc000007b,,
Here is a video which describes it in detail.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLjb7vxZoaQ
A clean reinstall should fix it.
But there are other ways.
Here an excellent guide on how to repair windows.
Written for win10, but the same applies to win11.

Here's a video that shows roughly the same thing.

Always Verify Integrity of Game Files after an install and an update. It will save you headaches and time.
Go to NMS page in Steam
Left click the gear icon under the game pic on right side.
Left click Properties.
Left click Verify Integrity of Game Files.
Let it do its thing. Close out Steam and reopen Steam. Then play your game.

- it happened to me : Game starts minimized in Taskbar, and clicking on the respective icon on Taskbar pring the game full screen.
(I play in win 10)
